CustomVault modular vault systems are manufactured with high strength
pre-cast concrete or high-density laminate lightweight panels.
Available with UL and GSA ratings, solutions are available to
satisfy every regulatory and insurance requirement. Panels are
formed in our state-of-the-art facility, with computerized process
control to ensure consistent quality and conformity to label rating.
UL Rated Modular Vault Panels
Our UL rated panels have undergone thorough testing in accordance
with the UL 608 Standard for Safety to qualify for the Listing Mark
of Underwriters Laboratories Inc. Both LightWeight™ and MegaVault™
series panels are available in every UL Burglary Resistant Classification:
- Class M
(equivalent to TR/TL 15x6)
- Class 1
(equivalent to TR/TL 30x6)
- Class 2
(equivalent to TR/TL 60x6)
- Class 3
(equivalent to TR/TL 120x6)
Combined with UL listed vault
doors, these panels make up the components of our UL rated
modular vault systems.
