We Know the Specifications

We have a complete and thorough understanding of Federal Specification AA-V-2737, which sets the requirements for modular vault solutions for government applications. In 1998, due to the enormous amount of work we have done for the government, we were called upon by the U.S. Postal Service and Facilities Service Offices to assist in revising and updating USPS 13402, the regulations and specifications governing U.S. Postal Service vault projects.

We Have the Experience

No other company has installed more GSA approved vault systems than CustomVault. We have worked for every branch of the United States Government (see sidebar, right) providing solutions for high-security storage of weapons, munitions, classified documents, and magnetic storage media, as well as for the creation of SCIFs. We not only invented the modular approach to high-security vaults, but we were also the first to develop a GSA approved LightWeight Vault™ panel system, allowing government approved modular vaults to be installed virtually anywhere, even where access is limited or structural loads are critical such as in high-rise buildings.

Contractor Support. We are expert in supporting the needs of the government contractor, and can supply bid support quickly. We guide contractors through the project management issues of specification-driven vault projects, "owning" the vault portion of the project to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and on-spec.
Site Access and Structural Loads. We evaluate site access and load conditions, including evaluation of existing slabs, to ensure that every option is considered in optimizing both the cost and functionality of the vault solution and installation. We also provide advice on site preparation to eliminate downstream errors and speed installation.
Aggressive Timetables. CustomVault has the quickest turnaround time in the industry and has met the most aggressive construction schedules. Shop drawings with structural and engineering evaluation can be provided in as little as two days. We recently designed, manufactured and installed 64 modular vaults on a military base in just 12 weeks.
Limited Disruption. CustomVault systems go up quickly and cleanly, assembled by expert installation teams. We have installed dozens of vaults in and around historic structures, and are expert in minimizing the impact of the vault installation.
