ABOUT THE TEAM

Thomas P. Brennan
Chief Executive Officer
Tom Brennan is the Chief Executive Officer for Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company of both the CustomVault and BranchServ divisions. Mr. Brennan left GE in 1984 to found Custom Vault Corporation and has since led the firm to its current position as the leading, worldwide expert in state-of-the-art, high-security modular vault solutions. In 1999, Mr. Brennan steered the company into the financial services segment, leading to the establishment of the BranchServ division and resulting in six consecutive years of double-digit growth. Mr. Brennan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.Roy Messing
President
Roy Messing joined CustomVault in 2005 as the company's Chief
Operating Officer. Since his arrival, Mr. Messing has led the
effort to plan for growth by enhancing the company's business
systems. Prior to joining CustomVault, Roy was a Managing Director
at XRoads Solutions Group, where he led the restructuring of a
$400 million distributor of commercial building products and security
devices. Previously, he was part of the founding management team
of CashEdge, a leading provider of online infrastructure solutions
for financial service firms. Earlier in his career, Mr. Messing
was President of Peachtree Doors and Windows, a $150 million manufacturer
and distributor of residential building products. Before that,
he served as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, an international
strategic consulting firm. Mr. Messing holds a BA from Yale College
and an MBA from Harvard University.
Michael
Elliot
Executive Vice President
Mike Elliot co-founded CustomVault with Mr. Brennan in 1984. Since
1984, Mr. Elliot has built an international reputation as the
industry's leading expert in high-security modular vault design
and construction. Mr. Elliot is credited with some of the industry's
most significant innovations, including the development of our
HighBay Vault systems and UL listed port vent panels. Mr.
Elliot graduated from Ohio University with a BS in Communications.
Jonathon Scott
Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan Scott joined Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company
of CustomVault and Branchserv, in 2006 as the company's Chief Financial
Officer. Previously, Mr. Scott was the Division Controller for Daymon
Worldwide Trading, a $250 million food trading company. Before Daymon,
Jon was the VP of Finance for Peachtree Doors and Windows, a $150 million
manufacturer and distributor of residential building products. Jon has a
long history of building high-performance finance teams in rapidly growing,
international, multiple-line businesses. Jon has a BA in Accounting from
the University of Birmingham and is an ACA chartered accountant in the
United Kingdom.
Gregory Navin
Vice President, Engineering
Greg Navin leads CustomVault's in-house engineering team. Prior
to joining CustomVault, Mr. Navin was the Director of Engineering
for a leading pre-cast concrete panel manufacturer. Mr. Navin
has been instrumental in the design of some of the industry's
most innovative high-security modular vault systems, including
the CustomVault MicroVault, which provides a more cost-effective
and flexible alternative to traditional X-6 rated safes. From
1984 to 1989, Mr. Navin served as an officer in the United States
Navy, specializing in surface warfare. Mr. Navin is a graduate
of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis where he received a
BS in Engineering and he holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Michael Iadarola
Vice President, Supply Chain
Michael Iadarola joined Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company
of CustomVault and Branchserv, in 2007 as Supply Chain Director.
Previously, Michael was Global Purchasing Manager for The Siemon Company
in Watertown, Connecticut where he was responsible for global procurement
activity. Prior to that Michael was Director of Global Distribution,
Materials, and Logistics at Nash Elmo Industries in Trumbull, Connecticut.
Michael has a long history of developing and implementing processes that
optimize functionality and integrity in supply chain management. Michael
has a BBA in Finance and Economics from The City University of New York
and an MBA in Management from Mount Saint Mary College.
Matthew B. Gifford
Senior Director, Government Sales
Matt Gifford is an expert in modular vault technology and currently
serves as Senior Director of Government Sales at CustomVault.
Prior to assuming this role, Matt served clients in CustomVault's
pharmaceutical, armored car and jewelry industry practice groups.
From 2000-2002, Matt was part of the team that launched CustomVault's
Bank Service Division, now BranchServ. Mr. Gifford graduated from
Loyola College with a BS in Biology and Chemistry.
Sonia White
Director, Government Sales
Sonia White joined CustomVault in 1998. Ms. White is currently
responsible for working with CustomVault's government clients
to identify upcoming modular vault projects. Prior to joining
CustomVault, Ms. White was an Account Executive in the Government
Sales Division at Mosler, Inc. where she managed Mosler's accounts
with the U.S. Army, Air Force, National Guard, NASA, NSA, DOS,
FEMA, USPS, U.S. House and Senate, SSA and the Executive Office
of the President of the United States. Ms. White holds a BA from
Pennsylvania State University.
Jerry Renfroe
Director, Commercial Sales
Jerry Renfroe joined CustomVault in 1999 and is currently the
Director of Commercial Sales for the western United States. Mr.
Renfroe has been involved in the security field for 28 years with
emphases in high-security safes and electronic access to safes
prior to joining CustomVault.
Joe Cooke
Senior Project Manager
Joe Cooke joined CustomVault in 1991. Mr. Cooke is currently a
Senior Project Manager specializing in pharmaceutical and government
vault projects. Prior to joining CustomVault, Mr. Cooke was a
regional installation manager with Diebold where he started his
career as a service technician. Mr. Cooke is a veteran of the
United States Navy and of the Vietnam War. Mr. Cooke holds a locksmith
certification and a builder's license from the State of North
Carolina.
Linda Haig
Production Control Manager
Linda Haig joined CustomVault in 2002 as a Client Service Representative.
Now CustomVault's Production Control Manager, Ms. Haig is responsible for
the vault production and installation schedule and manages the
procurement and scheduling of all outbound freight.
